These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of BotPilot Multi What (the “App”), operated by SDS-SOFT (NIT 901.100.011). By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use it.
1. What Multi What is
Multi What brings a business’s WhatsApp lines together into a single inbox so its team can handle them all from one place. It lets you link several numbers, receive and reply to messages, organise conversations and share them out among the people on the account.
Multi What does not reply for you. It includes no assistant that answers on its own and it does not transcribe your voice notes: replies are written by people. The only automatic help is “Improve wording”, described in clause 6.
2. Your account and your team
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done with your account. Tell us if you suspect someone else has got in.
- You must be of legal age and able to enter into a contract on your own behalf or on behalf of your business.
- An account holds up to ten (10) people. Whoever creates it is its administrator and answers for what the people they invite do.
3. Your WhatsApp lines
To handle a number from Multi What you have to link it from the phone where that WhatsApp is installed. Linking it does not give us your password and does not take the number away from you: it stays yours and you can unlink it whenever you want.
Two limits are set by WhatsApp rather than by Multi What, and they are worth knowing:
- Four devices per number. Multi What takes up one of them. If you already have four in use, you will have to free one up before linking.
- The main phone has to open WhatsApp now and then. If it goes around two weeks without opening it, WhatsApp drops the link and it has to be set up again.
We do not control those rules and they may change without notice. A dropped link does not interrupt your plan and does not entitle you to a refund: you can set it up again from the App.
4. Acceptable use
By using Multi What you undertake to comply with WhatsApp’s rules, in particular the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, and also to:
- Have your contacts’ consent before writing to them, and stop when they ask you to.
- Not send unsolicited bulk messages, nor illegal, misleading or offensive content.
- Not use the App for fraudulent purposes or to infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Not automate the use of the App by means other than those it offers itself, nor attempt to access other people’s accounts.
Breaking these rules may lead WhatsApp to suspend your number and us to suspend your account. You alone are responsible for what you send and for your contacts’ consent.
5. Trial, plans and payments
- The trial. When you start you get five (5) days with two lines and no payment method. There is one trial per person and per number: if that email or that number has already used it, it is not granted again.
- The plans. After the trial, use depends on the plan you choose, which sets how many lines you can keep connected and for how long.
- Where you pay. Subscriptions are taken out and charged inside Apple’s App Store or Google Play, depending on which store you installed the App from. We neither receive nor store your payment details: the store handles them.
- Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand from your account settings in the store. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds. Because the store takes the payment, refunds are requested from the store and are governed by its policies, without prejudice to any rights the law gives you.
6. “Improve wording” and fair use
The App can correct and rewrite the draft you are typing before you send it. It is writing help, not an assistant: it does not reply on its own, it does not read the conversation to decide anything, and nothing goes out until you send it.
The corrected text is generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Check it before sending: the message that goes out is yours and you answer for it.
This feature allows up to one hundred and twenty (120) improvements per line per day, counted separately for each line and renewed every day at midnight, Colombian time. It is a fair-use limit: if one line uses up its allowance, it waits until the next day even if another line has not touched its own.
7. If a payment fails or the plan ends
When a payment does not go through or the plan runs out, this is what happens:
- For three (3) days the store retries the charge and your account keeps working. We let you know so you can sort it out.
- If it is still unresolved after those days, the account is left without a plan: your lines are disconnected and messages stop coming in and going out through them.
- Your data is kept for two (2) months from that moment, so you can come back without losing anything. We warn you seven (7) days before the deadline.
- After two months without a plan, the account and its conversations are permanently deleted.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the App itself, without writing to us or waiting for anyone. Doing so closes your lines and schedules the deletion of the account and its conversations. You have five (5) days to change your mind; after that, deletion is final and cannot be undone.
Deleting the account does not by itself cancel a subscription taken out in the store: cancel it in the store as well so that it does not renew. The details are in Data Deletion.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its software, its brand and its contents belong to SDS-SOFT and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it under these Terms. What you upload — your messages, your contacts, your files — remains yours.
10. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. For the conversations of your contacts, you are the Controller of that data and Multi What acts as a Processor handling it on your behalf.
11. Availability and support
We work to keep the App available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, because of third-party failures — WhatsApp itself included — or for reasons beyond our control. We provide support through the channels shown at the foot of this page.
12. Warranties and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, acts attributable to third parties — such as WhatsApp, the app stores or infrastructure providers — or your misuse of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service over the last three (3) months.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or WhatsApp’s rules, if payment does not go through, or if an authority requires it. You may stop using the App and delete your account whenever you want, as set out in clause 8.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may amend them to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the version in force on this screen together with its update date, and continuing to use the App means accepting it.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Cali, Valle del Cauca, without prejudice to the rights the law grants to consumers.
16. Contact
